There is much more to do on Vlieland besides taking it easy and relaxing.

For example:

• go for a guided horesride at one of the nearby stables;
• join the forester for guided walks in one of the great naturepreserves ;
• get real close and get to know the seals on an open boat ride on the Waddensea;
• get to know Vlieland’s history at the museum Het Trompshuys or learn everything about Vlieland’s nature at the visitors centre De Noordwester;
